Please see the below collection of community resources that help with a wide array of issues. Some are free programs and services covered by OHIP or offered by charitable organizations, while others are offered at a cost to you.

Note that in this current state of government cutbacks to healthcare, funded programs and services may involve lengthy wait lists and/or limitations to eligibility or services, and those offered by charitable organizations are most often run by volunteers who were past service recipients (not trained professionals).
